A 30 minute mixed level class, open to everyone, this midday class is a great way to clear your mind and offset the hours of sitting at your desk. Moderately paced and focusing on widely accessible poses, you won’t go back to work sweaty, but feeling rejuvenated and ready for a productive afternoon and an evening free for other things!
