Yoga for Stress: A trauma-informed approach

With a focus on mindfulness, these basic yoga classes are guided in the trauma-informed approach. People experiencing high levels of stress may be more comfortable practicing yoga this way.
A diagnosis (such as PTSD, anxiety, etc.) is not necessary to attend. $10 drop-in rate (cash only).
Registered Yoga Teacher Dianne Birt has over 100 hours of trauma training, including a two-day seminar on trauma-sensitive yoga.
